If you are using our services on behalf of a healthcare organization, research institution, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Certain services may require an account provisioned by XGC or one of our clients. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and promptly notifying us of any suspected compromise. Account sharing is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.
All content, software, and materials provided by XGC are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials. Clients receive usage rights as defined in their statements of work or service agreements.
Information exchanged through our services may contain sensitive or confidential data. You agree to protect such information, use it only for authorized purposes, and comply with any applicable security controls. XGC will safeguard your confidential information in accordance with contractual commitments.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, XGC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. For contracted engagements, liability limits are defined in the governing agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or applicable agreements, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and any provisions that should reasonably survive will remain in effect.
XGC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, laws, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
